How to Report Lost Item

Documents like CNIC, Driving License, ATM Card, educational documents and other belongings often get lost due to theft or misplacement. Police Facilitation Centers and all Police Stations of Karachi range provides the facility to report the lost documents. Citizen will get a copy of the loss report.

Required Documents:

• Original and copy of applicant’s CNIC
• Written complaint by the applicant
• Copy of Lost documents if available
• Copy of any other supported document if available

Processing Fee:

• Free              

Turn Around Time:

• Around 5 to 10 minutes, on spot registration
